When to arrive.Please come 20-25 minutes before your appointment to take full advantage of your spa experience. While you complete a brief form, you can enjoy a delectable tea service, assorted fruits, lemon water and seasonal favorites. Arriving late will interfere with other scheduled appointments and will conflict with our relaxation philosophy.
Serenity is golden.
As part of your spa amenities, our meditation room with fountains and a painted decorative pond is a perfect escape into our tropical oasis. Wrap yourself in our pristine waffle robe and slippers as your mind and body experiences the comfort it deserves.
What to wear during at treatment.
Dress comfortably as most treatments will require your outside attire to be temporarily removed with the addition of professional draping during service. Personal lockers and matching key are available and are provided at no charge to contain your possessions.
Cancellation policy.
Our staff will commit to serving all of our clients during the appointed time a treatment is scheduled. The spa requires a 48 hour advanced notice if you intend to cancel your service and avoid a $35 cancellation fee. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment slot and will only be charged the cancellation fee if you do not show or cancel less than 48 hours in advance.
Gratuity.
Though our licensed professionals appreciate your gratitude after exceptional service, tips are welcome and are generally 18% of the total retail service for single or multiple clients. For parties of 2 or more, a standard 18% gratuity fee will be added to your service.
